BAKING OR GRILLING
Simply season fish with salt and pepper, coat fish with Pacific Halibut Sauce, grill or bake until flaky. For a little zest, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over sauce before baking.
FOR THE BBQ
In a bowl, combine the full jar of sauce with 4 tablespoons of sour cream. Set aside half the mixture for serving as a garnish. Place fish on foil or baking dish and spoon the remaining sauce over fish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Fold foil around fish and seal tightly. Grill with lid closed over indirect medium/heat for 15-20 minutes or bake until fish flakes easily with a fork. This also works well for baking.
